Our staff therefore undergo a rigorous selection process that involves a psychological, academic and health evaluation.

Our selection process ensures personnel are of the highest integrity and have a pleasant aura towards both work and clients.
Once selected, Commodore staff undergo technical, customer services and personal development training. This ensures our staff are well rounded and purposeful individuals with a pleasant outlook to life. All staff receive Occupational Health and Safety Instruction to minimize negative negligence-related incidents in the workplace.
